Well, he's not a lawyer yet, but he's close enough.
And he's ridiculously cool.
And he says he'd NEVER work for the Bush Administration. I told him I wouldn't either.

I love Geoff's poetry. I see the lawyer in him. But I also see the artist.
I love artist-lawyers. Artist-lawyers tend to make good things happen for people and groups of people who need good things for a change.
Then those same artist-lawyers get yelled at for being sell-out lawyers.
Then they make art full of angst, pain and their own raw unspoken speech that can't make up for all the hurt caused by getting yelled at. They they shop too much and throw money at their angst and pain and they end up owning too many pairs of shoes that they can't possibly wear in a lifetime even if they change their change their shoes four times a day.
